As a recurring client, you will have a chance to book services ahead of time and select the date and time you prefer. Keep in mind, our workdays are Tuesday through Saturday. Sunday and Monday are reserved for special occasions only.
We work with time slots and a 2-hour window of arrival:
-Slot #3 is only available if we have a confirmed job in slot 1 or 2.
-If you have specific timing needs, such as need to arrive by or done by a certain time, call us to let us know and we will work to accommodate
You will receive:
Price: $20 for a full sink
Load washed/folded: $10
Tidy up: $10 per room
Deep clean: $40
Inside fridge: $40
interior dishwasher: $15
Depending on home size: $20-50
Per fan: $10
Interior window and sill: $8 each
We take multiple steps in place to confirm your service dates. Please understand that once we book your spot in our calendar, we do not book this spot to anyone else, therefore a cancelation\reschedule leaves a gap that is not easy to fill. This can cause staff who are scheduled to lose their workday, or for us to pay for the time the staff has to wait in between jobs.
Payment is due at the completion of service. You will receive an invoice at the completion of your service. If you are unable to process payments same day, we can store your card on file securely to ensure prompt payment arrangements. We do not have an accounts receivable department and it can become time consuming to track unpaid invoices.
-First time standard, deep cleaning, and move out cleanings are hourly oriented. This means in order to be fair and not under or over charge, we will use the time spent to calculate price.
-Recurring standard is a flat rate service. We do have a target duration for each service as this helps us stay within the agreed scope of work. Situations in which the home is in different status or additional tasks are requested, we can either increase the price, or trade other tasks for the new tasks desired. Coordinate this with our office by calling 773-574-6035.
Our service aims to perform your weekly cleaning chores. Washing dishes, picking up kids or pet toys, decluttering, and putting away personal items all should be done prior to our arrival. This ensures we spend more time cleaning your home.

We take many steps to ensure your satisfaction. We are present and available to give you information about the service and answer your questions. During the day of the booking, our office will be in communication to ensure everything went well. We will do a walkthrough at the completion of your service and are a quick call away if you should have any concerns.
